Unless stated otherwise within each store, the Casobi.com policy is thus:

Should you wish to exchange or return any items you have purchased from our website, please return your goods unworn and in good condition within 28 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to the independent retailer you purchased the product from.

Refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear, earrings or other intimate items due to hygiene except where the item is faulty. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods have been accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.

PAYMENT

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted and your card will be immediately refunded.

DELIVERY POLICY

Once payment has been received your goods will be shipped within 24 hours.
Casobi.com use Parcel force as their authorized shipper but some independent retailers within the mall may differ. Please check their individual policies within their stores. We are able to ship goods worldwide.

GOVERNING LAW

Your use of this Web site and any purchase by you on this Web site of any products will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom.
